Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands-on leadership style.
- High attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and maintenance (Executive Housekeeper).
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on cost control and expenses.
- Adequate education in the relevant field (preferred).
- Familiarity with major PMS systems (an advantage).
- Revenue-driven mindset (Restaurant & Bar Manager, Sales Manager).
