Requirement:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Required Skill(s): business negotiation, presentation skills, communication, Ms. Office.
– Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
– WFO 100% (from Monday to Friday)
– Willing working to Cikarang Pusat, KITIC.
Responsibilities:
– Handling 5th PO from existing client
– Submitting Purchase Order to warehouse team
– Coordinate with the warehouse team to determine the pick-up date for the Purchase Order
– Request for a car for the pick-up of the Purchase Order
– Create a “surat jalan” (shipping manifest) before loading the Purchase Order
– Load the Purchase Order into the shipping car
– Submit an invoice and a fiscal receipt
– Send the invoice and the fiscal receipt to the client’s address
– Coordination of communication between Business Development frontend sales team and backend order warehouse team at the interface
– Ensure the correct transfer and processing of order information to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
– Handle and resolve issues and conflicts in order processing and delivery to maintain good team collaboration
